My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

I know you might not have answers for how to deal with stuff right now, and no one is expecting you to have those answers. Just be here to be accountable.

Try to just let your thoughts be. Don't give them all your attention but acknowledge they are there, they are painful and intrusive. Then try to let them keep moving on.

My SI/SH is off the chart. I don't understand how one person's words can be so triggering, and why can't I simply let it go? I'm contemplating something that I don't particularly want to do, yet this person brings up the worst negative emotions in me that I can't shake off.

@Snowie @Sans911 You are both finding it extremely hard tonight to cope with life - that is a given. Try to hold onto the love and compassion you have for each other but spare just a little of that for yourselves. You are both such wonderful, amazing supports to others when they need it but tonight is your night to accept it. I do know how difficult it is to believe you deserve mit when you are feeling like this but you definitely do.

Some nights even the smallest things are the things that seem to break us but it can also be those smaller things that can help us - try to find some good in this moment - don't look back or forwards - just be for now.
