I know how it feels hun. I have got so much filing to do and dread just starting it. It's one of those things that pile up so quickly. Sounds like you have got a busy afternoon on @Sans911. I hope the house sitter interviews go well for you.

Had pdoc appointment today.

It went ok. One of my meds is giving me side effects so have to try and slowly weane myelf off it and onto another one to see if that helps. If my anxiety gets too high however, I need to ring him and go back to the current meds.

The uncertainty of what could happen is making my anxiety rise and the fact that I had a call about work cover has not helped either.

I need to go to an independent psychiatrist to be assessed again for workcover. This isn't till start of December so I have over a month to get stressed out about it

That is annoying Hon - they have no idea how things like that stress us out and that just adds to what we are already feeling. I am sure the appointment for workcover will go ok but the waiting, thinking and stressing would affect me too @Snowie

Hopefully this new med change will go smoothly but I get you would be worried - especially as you are coming off one before you start the new one. I haven't had a med change for a while but we have changed the dose a couple of times. We tried reducing one but I started having flashbacks and nightmares again and not sleeping more than a few hours at a time - so I get your concern with the anxiety.
