My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Didn't sleep well last night. Nightmares were expected I guess. Lots of tears over lots of things, even this morning. See psych soon, so hopefully he might help a bit. Ended up SH which I am so upset at myself because it has been a couple of week since I last did it.

Will try and come back on after psych visit.

Had psych on Wednesday. Was another hard session with talking about the wrongness and loss of trust. The worst part is the person they spoke to me about was a family member of mine. Spoke about a few other issues.

Today I had DBT group. I wasn't going to go but made myself. It was a hard group with a few big personalities that clashed a bit. Made me feel uncomfortable and really anxious. Had to have a few timeouts today, something I haven't had to do other weeks. The psych taking the group was good and controlled them, but still wished it didn't happen in the first place. Couldn't really contribute much today so was very much a listening day, but still managed to learn a few things along the way.

Am so tired now but trying to hold off taking meds so I am not awake super early.
