My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Not really @outlander, super struggling with thoughts this afternoon. Had some yucky flashbacks today and can't seem to shake them whatever I do. My brain is screaming at me.

@outlanderits the SI thoughts, they just keep running through my head again and again and again. I can't talk about what brought them on, too painful.

I need them to stop. I need to get some rest from them. They are becoming too overwhelming.

Thats ok i understand, you dont have to talk about that.
Have you been trying any new strategies lateley to give your mind abut if rest? Iknow your tired and dont and cant do much but maybe something that doesnt take much energy... like organising a pamper day or a holiday. Something to keep your mind occupied but giving your body a rest....

Remember to breathe ok, im sitting right there with you

@outlandermy brain is too fked up to try anything like that at the moment.

I have already tried distracting myself but that are constantly there. Today didn't help at all. I had to get blood tests taken and have an ECG. She had to put these sticky things in certain places. The lady was super nice but my anxiety went through the roof. You could see my past and present SH attempts. I felt humiliated. How can it get this far. It's so far gone.

Yeah i know ive had those tests done before. They might be nice and they are use to it but it doesnt make it any less embarrassing for us. I understand all that embarrassment but thats how youve been coping and whilr its not healthy you are still alive and i am grateful for that. @Snowie i was forced to show them all my scars and marks to see if any needed treatment from the current ones. It was like they didnt beleive me but they were nice about it. You arent the first or the last person they will see with sh scars its normal to them in a way. Mental health really sucks sis but you are going to get the right help that you deserve and need. Just keep holding on, we are here for you. Im sitting right with you holding you tight even though i cant make anything better. Its never to late to get help, i know your sick and tired of all this shite but please keep holding on i hope that there is better things out there for us all. i believe in you ❤
