My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Why is everything so damm hard. People just don't understand. If I had a physical illness there would be no questions, but because it is mental illness, alot of explaining has to take place.

@Snowie i wish i had all the answers to why this is so darn hard i really do. Im sorry you are finding it hard to have people understand you it can be hard especially when we are struggling so hard to understand ourself also. Know i am right here with you if ya need ❤❤

Tried my new daytime med today which has been added to the rest to help with anxiety. Not sure if I like it or not. I feel like a zombie and out of it. Dont think I could even drive
