Hi all,

Thankyou for coming past all who have. Yesterday was a hard day. Went to some groups which were triggering so ended up a mess. Today my brain is not helping me and thoughts of SH and SI are higher than they have been for a long time. Spoke to pdoc and he thinks something to do with coming off some meds and onto others. They are trying to do it quick which means a few days of hell but better in the long run. I would hate to try and do this at home.

I feel bad that I am not keeping up to date with others and wish I could give others on here more support. 😔😔

Now is not the time to worry about us @Snowie Hon ..... now is the time to focus all your energy on your own recovery. We will be okay, and it’s not selfish to make it all about you ..... it’s self-care and it’s a necessary part of your treatment.

Its so good to hear from you when you can, and to make it all about how you are doing. It helps us in knowing what is going on for you, as much as you are up to, or willing to, share.

Today has been hard. So many triggers and tears. I sit hear crying now. The nurses are too busy dealing with others. They say they will talk to you but they never end up coming. I have so many thoughts of SI that it is too overwhelming. I feel invisible
