My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Sounds like things are coming along and you are feeling a little more confident, although there is a struggle-time of meds change coming up ..... you’re right, you are in the best place to be supported through that, and I hope you are feeling much better in a few days time on the new ones.

Med changes can be difficult - we both know that so glad you are where you can be properly monitored and helped through the change @Snowie.

Also good to hear you have been interacting with other patients a little and been to group sessions - that is a big step already Hon

It all seems like it has started well for you - that is great news. I know there is a hard road still ahead for you are doing everything you can to help yourself - WTG @Snowie
