My special place

I live in a small town @CheerBear,shut off from people ,due to many reasons ,mainly now huge social anxiety, one trigger and I'm in my bedroom retreating from the world with a lost mind.Does change you,not the same person I was like my private respected,which can cause anger and paranoia issues when I'm anxious and/or depressed.My situation with my family is different,as my mother made me out to be violent years ago with a sister who is the ", golden child"and had 500 times more confidence due to having a ego I did not.Plus I grew up with childhood obesity,so after years of people and kids telling you "you are fat", no longer will I tolerate people's comments.And due to all this, I did have a breakdown so my challenges are different to yours and @Snowie.Now suppose to care for a mother who contributed greatly to to a mind which is basically stuffed up and last week still made out I was abusing her,but yesterday made me feel guilty when I didn't go with her and her and came in the door crying.Family itself is a dilemma .
