Didn't end up having ect Friday, scheduled for Wed now.

Has been a busy day and it's not even over yet.

Had gp this morning. Didn't even get a how are you. Just in and out as quick as possible. A revolving door.

Mum rang upset so went to see her. She was beside herself when I got there, crying and blaming others. She said a man came into her room last night (he worked there and was on night shift) and must have taken her rings and bank card because they are not where she left them. I knew they had to be somewhere in her room but for her it's so much easier to blame someone else instead of saying she misplaced them.

So after about 5 mins of searching I found her bank card in her pants she had on a few days ago. Took me about 40 mins to find her rings that were wrapped in a used tissue in her bin 🤦‍♀️

Finally got home after her and food shopping.

I think I need a nap!

Oh dear poor you @Snowie Life with your mother is complicated. I’m glad you found her rings before they were thrown out..that’s a worry.

i did food shopping today too after I went to grandparents day at Miss 9’s school. I enjoyed it and had a nice chat with her friend’s grandparents who are Scottish.

Thanks @Eve7 It's becoming harder over time.

Last time she lost her bank card she blamed someone coming into her room and taking it. Ended up finding it in a pants pocket a few weeks later. I guess it's easier to blame someone else than having to think that you are getting worse.

Ohh I'm so glad that you enjoyed it this morning. I'm sure miss would have loved you being there too.

Oh @Snowie that sounds really rough and intense. I’m sorry you’re having to continue to deal with it all. Am certainly glad you found her rings! What happens if you aren’t available to go help her? Can the folks at the home help her?

Had a message from my psych before. She has cancelled my appt. for Monday next week. I know things come up and am grateful I've got some notice, but it still doesn't make it any easier. I was really relying on that appt. especially since my pdoc is on leave atm. I've asked if I can change days or at least a telehealth appt., but she's got nothing available. Yeah I know, I shouldn't complain, at least I've got a psych.

Just made a sh*tty day worse.
