Hey @Snowie ❄️🦊, I just wanted to pop in as I've been reading through your thread today and can see you've been sitting with some really difficult thoughts around a potential admission. So understandable that you're finding this whole process unsettling, when you're thinking about not only yourself but your family too 😞.

It's really wonderful that you are able to stay connected with the community and have their care and support to help you through this time. Like you shared earlier, we can definitely feel like we don't deserve help, even when we can recognise that a friend/family member in a similar situation would. So even inviting in these moments of support from members you trust, is a step towards recognising that you are equally as deserving of this help ✨.

If these thoughts do continue to weight heavily on you tonight, please do reach out to somewhere like Lifeline, Beyond Blue, or 000 if you're feeling unsafe. Someone to be with us on the other side of the line can be so valuable when our minds are unsettled 🌱.

I have breakfast with the girls tomorrow @Snowie and pdoc on Thursday plus training.

I need to get some groceries soon too, can’t keep going back to toast and baked beans.
