Well saw my psych today. An actual in person appointment.

Sort of blurted out everything to her.

Told her what has been happening, what I've been doing, thinking

She wanted to call an ambo. I said no. Had to promise her some things. Hopefully I can keep it.

She's going to call my pdoc again or email him.

Had to pull over twice but finally got home.

Sounded like you had a big build up of things to talk about today @Snowie

I hope she let you talk it all out is very important

Least it means I've got the next 4-5 days to myself.

So psych rang pdoc. Trying to fit me in for an appt. this week.

Just watching Travel Guides, it’s so funny.

I have to go to the GP again tomorrow for another script third visit in three weeks! She’ll be glad when I go away.

My bag is almost packed. I saw the dentist today and helped myself to a few tubes of toothpaste!

I'm hoping to have a break from her @Eve7 I hope to she realises just how much I do for her too.

I guess it's hard getting 6 weeks worth of meds at the same time.

My head isnt good. Tomorrow might be a day in bed or on the couch. I think H is out. Really need to go to supermarket but that will have to wait.
