I don’t usually watch daytime tv either @Snowie so the tennis has been a good excuse to sit in the air con.

I need to get my head together as I have a training session on soon with some new kids at a “come and try” day.

The tennis has been good to watch today @Eve7 Good matches on.

Thats exciting if you have 'new kids' to train, especially if they are just beginning their journey. I hope it goes well for you and them.

Contacted scbs. Told them exactly what was happening. Told them what I wanted to do.

It helped get some things out, but it did nothing to the urges.

Still two weeks till psych is back

I'm at the stage where I don't know how to help myself, or perhaps it's more I can't

I feel that everything I try is just a band aid on the issues.

I'm meant to have ect tomorrow. I don't want to go. They are going to ask questions. I will just say no to it all, I know now. They want me to say no, easier for them. They don't ask 'have you got any SI', they ask 'you don't have any SI do you".

I spoke to LL. I had a shower incase I get a knock.

It sounds sooo sooo hard for you. Stay strong. I know how hard is it, and I hear you don't want to go to ECT, yet hopefully something will shift.

You deserve to live life to the fullest. To have the life you ideally want. To feel the ups and downs of life and not feel any shame or guilt.
