So MIL is a bit better. At least she can hold a bit of a conversation with you before falling back asleep. Doctors are still trying to work out what happened for her to end up like this.

Has had lots of iv meds. No date as to when she can come home. Think it's a bit too early for that.

Not much sleep last night. Prn to help today. Happily go to bed now but can't yet.

Pdoc normally rings me after ect but haven't heard a word.

So much in my head at the moment. Feels like it's going to explode.

I’m sorry about your MIL @Snowie and I hope she picks up soon. I also hope your prn kicks in today.

I came home yesterday and went out early this morning for breakfast then came home and went back to bed.

I have nothing else on today or tomorrow. How about you?

Thanks @Eve7 She's dealing with a lot of issues and things just seem to keep going downhill. I do wonder how much more fight she has within.

Amongst all the chaos, today has gone ok.

Went and saw MIL yesterday. She was with it and a lot better than a few days ago.

She had got an infection in her blood stream that made her go downhill quickly. They still don't know how.

Pumping her full of meds. If bloods come back tomorrow morning ok, then she will be able to go home. Hoping for the best.

Picked up my new car today!! Was exciting. Now to sell the old one.

Back to reality tomorrow. Gp appt. and take mum up the street.

MIL came home from hospital today so at least that was good. Will go visit tomorrow.

My gp appt. went ok thanks, very straight forward. Took mum up the street and even she was ok today. No nasty comments! I'll take that as a win.

New car smell is nice. It's nice and clean too. Lets see how long that lasts!

We also sold the old car today so that was good.
