It's been hard today. I've tried to stay busy. Been cleaning, set up the xmas tree, been reading, spent time with H. Tried to speak to him but just closed down.

I was up at stupid o’clock to go for a walk, came home took some prn and went back to sleep.

Its very hot and humid here today but I’m doing more uni work.

Nothing planned for tomorrow. Should try and get out of the house but meant to be cold and wet again tomorrow. No where I really want to go too. Hate being around others at the moment.
