I'm finding it hard to name emotions at the moment. I do feel ashamed at what I did though. Sometimes I feel like my meds block them out. Maybe that's why I don't want to increase anymore.

I have to go see mum today.

After that there is a local shop I want to go to that has lots of Christmas decorations. Might have to buy some more to add to the collection!!

I think that might be enough for one day.

So had ECT this morning. Went in and the pdoc's referral had run out so they had to call around to get another one approved. It's not as if I just turned up and they weren't expecting me. They knew I was coming in, could have checked it earlier in the week.

Made to sit around for another hour whilst they sorted out the paperwork so got out an hour late😣 Just meant H had to sit around too and wait.

Asked the same questions (around safety) in amongst everything else. The lady started ticking the no box before I even could answer her.

So tired now. Exhausting being around people.

Today I have felt a bit worn out because of the big day in the city yesterday

very hot and sunny here

brought some new plants and hubby planted them

i watered the garden and did the washing

feeling a bit tired now

so having some water to drink while hubby is washing the car before having a coffee xx
