My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Oh tough day for you sorry about that.

Yes being in pain sucks. The first 2 days after going to the chiro it was pretty good. He said to come back on the 13th October, but it hurts now. Thinking I might try Chinese acupuncture on back and neck. That is causing the constant headache. Magazine is good.

Oh @Snowie are you ok? please seek help if you need it. Are you safe?

I’ve had dry needling before but Chinese acupuncture is supposed to work better.

Well I certainly hope I can’t make it worse because frankly I’m in agony. A friend recommended acupuncture. Thinking of getting a massage too.
