Something’s not right

My special place

My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Thank you all for your continued support.

Re: My special place

Hopefully things improve for you soon @GezzaP

It's hard to know with a psych. I think sometimes you know from the start whether they are right for you.

I take sleeping meds too. My psychiatrist has recently changed them. Not sure if they are even better.

Hopefully you can catch up on sleep or even just get some rest.

I think it's normal to isolate ourselves. I tend to do it too, especially when my depression gets worse. Sometimes just leaving the house is so had to do.

Re: My special place

@Snowie Yes isolating is a real

problem. I’m sure things will

improve if I can get some proper sleep.
Off to get lunch now. I had breakfast really early so I’m hungry. Not interested in watching Snoop Dog perform so lunch time for me. Will get back to you after lunch if it’s before footy.

Enjoy lunch @GezzaP

I've never watched Snoop Dog in my life and not much interest in him either.

Will be around

Re: My special place

@Snowie Well I had lunch. Not much but better than nothing. I despise Snoop Dog. At 3pm I can take more pain killers for my back. Did some exercises for my back while cooking lunch. Having a drink soon just have to do dishes now. I have a tiny kitchen and it is hard to pile up many.

Re: My special place

I'm watching him now @GezzaP and his not really impressing me. I cannot see why they thought he would be a good idea. I'd hate to think what he is getting paid to do this.

Had lunch here too.

I hope 3pm comes around fast for you.

Re: My special place

They paid $2 million for him @Snowie

waste of money if you ask me. Done dishes. All settled in for GF hoping Brisbane wins but brain says Geelong will win. Just hope it’s a close game to keep me occupied. My stop smoking tablets have arrived. Will pick them up tomorrow or Monday. Tend to smoke more when I’m hypomanic and I got up so early.

Re: My special place

Wow thats a lot of money @GezzaP for one person.

I hope it's a close game too. Makes it more exciting.

I guess you will just have to see how the tablets go. Just you trying is a big achievement.

Re: My special place

I wasn’t impressed with Snoop Dog either @Snowie @GezzaP such a waste of $$$

Im going for Brisbane but not really all that fussed. My nrl team lost last night to Melbourne so no gf for us.

Re: My special place

Good to see you @Eve7

Sorry about your NRL team. Will you still watch the final?

My thoughts are we have so much talent in AUS. They could have just gotten an Aussie to do it.

Re: My special place

@Snowie Good it’s a really close game. Enjoying it, but Geelong are getting more free kicks. Did my back exercises and took some more painkillers. I get headaches when my back is playing up. My neck is out too. Due to lack of sleep and stress. My back was stuffed up by slouching when I was typing up my PhD over the last frantic 8 weeks. I worked 16 hour days for those weeks.
