That funny weather was here today as well @Snowie In 350kms I drove through heavy rain and blazing sunshine alternatively!! Weird weather.

@Snowie Well done for getting out of the house! I got as far as the letter box and to bring the bins in that was all.
Continuing to fight the smokes. Did ok today. Yes Melbourne has a reputation for weird weather. We had clouds then sun here today in Adelaide. It is still cool. I feel the cold. Got an oodie over my legs.

Freezing here now. Had to put the heater on early.

@Snowie I only put the heater on if it’s cold in the morning. Power is so expensive here in SA. In the evenings I often get hot flushes even though I went through menopause years ago. I often get very hot in bed. I am trying to stay up a little bit later tonight because I woke up too early this morning from going to bed early, but I am getting tired. Stay well.

It's like hubby and I at night. He sleeps with just the sheet and I sleep with 2-3 layers. Complete opposite.

@Snowie SA is the most expensive power in the country. I have solar panels but still have to pay for power in the winter. I can’t afford a battery now I’m not working. I have gas to pay for too. I usually cool down overnight and sleep with one quilt. If it’s a bit warmer I sleep with the balcony door open to let in the cool air. When it’s hot I have to put the air conditioner on.

So many expenses just to live @GezzaP

Got water bill and car rego today.

Even in summer I sleep with the blankets on.

@Snowie I hate going to the letter box because all I ever get is bills.

Don’t know how you can sleep with blankets in the Summer.
