@GezzaP today is no better than yesterday. But it's no worse so at least that is something.

Will watch the footy too today.

Oh @Snowie sending more hugs. I’m feeling a bit down in the dumps too. I’m hoping the footy will distract me. Will eat something before game so I don’t get hungry.

Going okay @Snowie, but flat out trying to make submission dates now. Family stuff going wonky all over the place, then straightening up again ….. :face_with_rolling_eyes: gaaaaahhhh !! I’m on the Cat In The Hat ball with my rake and cake and fish and dish, and whatever else, lol. Just have to keep it all spinning till the end of the study year.

Last few days have been a struggle. Some worrying moments, but have been able to work through them.

Been using lots of smelling scents lately to keep me in the present moment.

I might have also gone on line and brought quite a few more fidget/sensory toys. We can never have enough!! 😁

Got out of the house this morning (for the first time in awhile)

Walked into the shops with the sun out and came out of the shops with it raining. I love Melbourne weather!!
