My special place

@Snowie I had a banana sandwich for dinner as I eat my main meal at lunch time. Yes opening up is good. I find I can do that with my psychiatrist, that’s why she changed one of my meds. I’m waiting for the new script to arrive. In the meantime I have to bite my tablets in half as my pill cutter is blunt and I forgot to get a new one when I was at the shops this morning.

I don’t have a mental health plan and don’t have a therapist. Maybe I should try again to get one.

I always go to bed early unless there’s footy on as there’s nothing on TV and I can’t afford any streaming services besides kayo for sports.

I had a smoke after dinner I’m afraid.

@Snowie I’ve just had room service, a yummy beef burger with the works. Now I need to go for a walk to help it digest!!

I brought my uni work with me and it’s physics! I’m going to have to dig deep for this one as it’s a long time since I did physics.

@Eve7 oh a burger nice. Physics hard! What are you studying at uni? @Snowie Keep hanging in there.

hi @Eve7 hope you are ok today. Did you manage to navigate the physics?

I got a script for my new meds from my psychiatrist today. Hopefully I can get in the shower and go to the shops tomorrow to get it. Didn’t make it as far as the shower today.

Still smoking less today. Need to ring GP but couldn’t face it today. Want to get nicotine urge blocker tablets so I can try to stop smoking again.

I’m attacking the physics component again today @GezzaP after spending the morning at the beach.

I hope you can quit smoking but I know it’s not easy. The shower can be my downfall too at times although I did manage one today.

@Eve7 Where are you? Too cool here to go to the beach although I live close. Oh and we have the algal bloom here in SA that makes you cough and is killing fish.
