My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@Snowie Please hang in there. Sending hugs. Glad to hear you took your mum out.

I managed to shower, do half my washing and go to the shops, bought some bananas too. It took me a good while but I did it.

Have cut back on my smoking today too which is really positive. Not quite as down today. Didn’t sleep as late as I have been lately. Hopefully this means the change of meds is starting to work. Getting tired now though as per usual.

Hang in there please.

I got my cat a new food to try. As usual she only ate a little bit of it. Hoping she eats the rest tonight and doesn’t get the runs like last time I changed her food. She has gone outside - it is a nice warm day here today, but still cool in my house.

@GezzaP Well done for getting things done today. It can take so much energy but you did it. Be proud of ourself.

Hopefully the meds help. If its cut back your smoking, then that can only be a good thing.

Guess you will have to just wait and see with your cat. That happened with my dog, but she gradually got used to it.

@Eve7 S is home. Was meant to be at work but swapped shifts for tomorrow night

Well I’m not over encouraging you @Snowie I once told my S I needed company as my mh was attacking me. We ended up watching a movie together and cooking something.

Thats nice of your S @Eve7 Sounds like you had a good time together

I haven't really sat down and spoken to S about my MH. D knows a bit, but I have tried to shield them as much as possible. Maybe thats wrong of me, but it is how it is at the moment.

Anyway, I really hope you have a nice little break away hon. You deserve it.
