My special place

My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Thank you all for your continued support.

Re: My special place

@Snowie I wish I had someone but my bipolar drives them all away I’m afraid. And my lack of libido since I went through menopause. Basically I’m just too miserable for everyone. I can’t help it. I have one friend who texts me daily when I’m going through a tough time, but he gets up late and texts me when I’ve gone to bed. I always answer him though.

Re: My special place

Oh totally unreadable that is sad @Snowie . I fear getting like that. My mum died of dementia. I fear I will inherit that as well as bipolar.

Re: My special place

I'm sorry about your mum @GezzaP It's awful watching someone go through it.

Mum is the first in our family (that we know of) that has Dementia. I have my Father In Laws partner whose Mum had Dementia. She has been helpful.

I'm surprised I have hubby sometimes. That he has stuck around with my diagnosis. Besides him, I have no one else.

Re: My special place

Just going to have a bit of a rant. No replies needed.

Crap sleep last night. Too many flashbacks. Went to orthodontist this morning, got braces off. Took molds for teeth guards. Came home, went up street. Ran into someone I really don't like. She has repeatedly said nasty things about me and my mental health. She acted like everything was fine. Pretended like everything was ok. Came home, took prn.

Ate banana, broke my front tooth. Back to orthodontist this afternoon to pick up teeth guards. Went to normal dentist next. Luckily they could rebuild the tooth. Lots of decay on teeth so another appt. for next Tuesday.

Have gp and psych tomorrow. Today can't be over soon enough.

Oh @Snowie what a terrible day. Hang in there. I’m missing many teeth.

Re: My special place

I've always had issues with my teeth @GezzaP They are a constant source of problems.

I got braces to straighten them then am looking a crowns over them.

The tooth I broke was a front tooth so didn't want to leave it.

How has your day been?

Re: My special place

@Snowie I was feeling a bit better until I got another horrible text from my sister that made me feel badly depressed again. She can be so awful. Had a psychiatrist appointment today she says my sister is awful and is changing one of my meds.

Re: My special place

I'm sorry about the text @GezzaP That would have been hard to get and read. Unfortunately we cannot control what other people say. It would be so good if we could.

I have to agree with your pdoc. Hopefully your change of med helps.

Thanks @Eve7 I hope your day has been ok
