My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

New plants is always nice. Are they to plant or put in pot plants?

My MIL loves plants. She has way too many.

I like that style of stream of consciousness journaling, it helps to process sooo much when you are unfiltered and simply expressing what comes up. @Snowie

Yes, that is SO fine, I have many days like that. I am glad you are allowing it in, I think that helps the motivation-filled days to come back more organically too.

I'm not sure if I would ever read back my journals @AuntGlow

There is so much hurt and sadness in there. I don't think I want to live it again.

The book I'm reading looks at themes of justice, family, and cultural issues within an Afghan family. I like books about different nationalities and religions.

I didn't even think of posting photos in the recipe book. Might have to take some.

My psych appointment went well. I was able to talk about a number of things with her. She was able to give me some suggestions and a different way of seeing things. It helped knowing I have more than one option. I still find it hard to recognise when I've done something right, especially when she says it.
