Essentially I am just recording my rambles in my voice memos app 😅 I don't really go back and listen though because I dislike hearing my own voice.... so if I want to reflect on it again later, I do try to write it down.

Aww @Shaz51 that is so rough, when even walking hurts, it's really hard. And sucks you don't have clarity on the injections, hard when there's conflicting thoughts in your treating team hey.

it's hard when you get different opinions from medical persons. Would be so much easier if they all agreed and worked together.

I've never used a voice memo app. I don't think I would want to listen to my voice either. Might feel a bit weird.

Definitely a bit awkward at first @Snowie but it is most helpful for like... 'practising' conversations... you know like the old 'winning arguments in the shower' kind of vibe?
