Last night was good thanks @Snowie and we have enough leftover for tonight. We had a bbq lunch for gs2’s 10th birthday so I’ll be having salad for the week.

It must be so, so hard carrying the weight of your mum's projections and expectations... I can see how much this is all impacting you, you really are giving so much @Snowie.

Underneath that sense of crawling into a hole and pretending you don't exist - what are you wanting to feel the most? Is it a sense of safety, comfort, or certainty? And is there a way we can go about meeting that need with a little softness today? 💛

I've been trying to take it easy @AuntGlow trying not to believe the chatter in my head.

Settled into the couch with my weighted blanket and plushie. Luckily I put tea in the slow cooker this morning, so it should be ready by the time tea comes around.
