It's been a big few days. Maybe more like eventful.

Sometimes it's so hard to reach out for that support.

All ok thanks @Snowie I had brekky with a couple of friends this morning and discussed our next trip.

Mixed day. I had an appt. (telehealth) with a new psych from my psych's office. My psych finally contacted me and said she doesn't think I should go long without talking to someone (since she is going to be on holidays). I agreed. So she booked me in with another psych whilst she is away.

My psych gave the new psych a run down of everything happening so at least I didn't have to repeat myself. It went ok. I was honest. She wanted to call MH Triage. I really didn't want her to. She said she is going to email me tomorrow and if I don't respond she will call 😔

That means I have to keep it together

Two trips being planned @Snowie The first is on the train to Longreach and next year a river cruise in Europe.

You were brave to be honest with a new psych and she sounds very committed to your wellbeing. I can understand you not wanting mh triage involvement.

I cancelled my pdoc this week as I just want to unwind from my time away before getting back into my mh mess.

Those trips sound wonderful @Eve7 I have always wanted to go to Europe. Would be an amazing place to visit. Some things to look forward too.

I understand cancelling your pdoc. Sometimes we just need that break from ourselves.

I know she has a duty of care. I get that. I couldn't promise her I wouldn't do anything.
