Been awake since about 5am, just couldn't sleep. Having a coffee too.

Took mum up the shops this morning. Got the whole lecture about not having her family together for Mothers Day. I am dreading tomorrow. If I could hide away I would.

Just waiting for someone to come pick up some school uniform. My son keeps growing so selling his old uniform, which is still in great condition.

@Snowie oh yep, sounds like a long morning! hope the coffee helps a bit.

can hear how frustrating it is to have mum still not get it... are you all gathering for lunch? dinner? fingers crossed it goes okay (and hope it ends quickly!!)

i was the opposite - my parents used to buy my uniform a couple sizes bigger thinking i'd grow into it, unfortunately i didn't really haha.

Lunch was good thanks @Snowie We went up to the hinterland and had wood fired pizza at a pub and a cheese platter. Once again I ate too much but I’ll go back on my diet on Monday.
