My special place

So spent most of the day and night taking mum to an event she wanted to go to.

Was very tiring. Probably took too much prn but only way I could get through.

Not much sleep again last night. Too many thoughts running around in my head.

hey @Snowie you conquered the event!! i'm guessing the tiredness & lack of sleep is probably contributing to those thoughts too, please do get some rest today. your needs matter too.

@Bow my mum, the same shit every year.

I have ruined xmas, can never have the family together again, you've torn the family apart, there's no point in me celebrating xmas ever again.

I really should be used to it by now. Just seems to have started a bit earlier than normal. Doesn't seem to get any easier.

They say to wait and things will get easier, but it seems to be a long wait. When do we stop waiting. When do we come to terms that this is it. Either accept it or finish it.

Argh @Snowie I’m sorry that is rough. Never ok to talk to people like that, I’m sorry your mum is so difficult all the time.

is your hubby back yet?

No he's not back @Bow Probably not to at least until next Friday.

I'm just tired of being that person. I've had enough of me, I'm sure others have too.
