I have ect tomorrow morning @Ru-bee. I am meant to have a new SW coming out Thursday. If they are anything like the last one, they won't show up. Guess we will just wait and see. Trying to keep an open mind.

Besides that I will just stick to home. I dont like going out in public.

I'm crossing all my fingers and toes that this SW is different @Snowie

So I did it, I sent it through to my psych.

She just responded and said she has a duty of care. I need to tell hubby and pdoc about what I did and what I told her or she will.

That would have taken a lot of courage to do @Snowie

How are you feeling following your psych's response? How can we best support you now?

Yeah, I hear you @Snowie sharing these things is clearly very difficult and I know that it took a lot to share it with one person. Were you very shocked with this response, or was there a part of you that felt this could happen?
