My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

H said he wanted to go to talk to the psych about how I was going. I asked him what else he wanted to discuss but he said he wasn't sure. Hmmmm, don't know what to make of that. Guess I will just have to wait patiently.

I wouldnt know what to make of that either @Snowie. Waiting patiently before something that is causing anxiety, is really not a strong point of mine. Big hugs to you.

I'm going to head off and snuggle with my annoyingly demanding but sweet in winter when she's cold, cat. It was nice to catch up with you tonight.

I will be up for a while yet @Snowie if you would like some company.

Last week was crazy-busy trying to keep up in our other world ..... have landed back here somewhat exhausted I think. I dozed off early last night, only to be woken by airline services dropping off one of our suitcases that had missed the flight (their error) .... and slept again this afternoon.

I am feeling very flat, missing absent forum friends and not able to do much with our situation at home, but I expect that will lift ....just have to keep taking those baby steps ......

@Faith-and-Hope sounds like you have had a very busy, up and down time. Hopefully the road smoothes out soon for you. Glad you could catch up on some missed sleep. Baby steps sound good for now 💗

I have been having those bad thoughts again but trying to deal with it myself. I haven't told anyone yet...

Please mention those thoughts to your counsellors early @Snowie, as you know they can gain momentum. Just having others know what is happening for you is part of keeping yourself safe, and taking action early whenever you can.

I am so glad you are here with me tonight. I think it’s lonliness I am feeling. MI can be a bit like that on both sides of the fence. Finding company and forum friends here has helped me get through these last two years ..... support services suggested I try here.
