Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Saw my psych this morning. Was a hard session but I guess that is the norm. If it was easy, it wouldn't help. Spoke about few issues I am having at present. Asked to give my word on a few things. Told her I couldn't. Time went quickly.

@Captain24 I don't want to bother you hon. You are trying to deal with so much at the moment, I don't want to add fuel to the fire. Please don't take this the wrong way. I'm not saying you are useless at it, I'm just saying I don't want to add to all that is going on in your life at the moment.
