My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

I don't want to go to H again, I don't want to tell anyone how bad, I don't want anyone calling about H.

We are all in need of that support at times @Snowie ...... me not so much in the same way at the moment, but if / when we get to a crisis it will be me drawing strength from the community here.

At the moment it is your turn, and it is good and right, not needy in the sense that you fear it is ..... it’s what we all need, and it is helpin me at this stage of our journey to walk and sit with you ......

I'm still here beside you @Snowie but I'm concerned about how long this distress is going on for you and about you maintaining safety. No one can force to go somewhere you're not comfortable going to, but I feel that there may be a point it's necessary. And I think you getting there.

I will stay with you for as long as it takes, but I'm very worried about you. And don't tell me not to worry. That's my choice, as much as it's my choice to be here for you. You aren't being needy at all. And I've got time and energy for those I love and care about.

@Sans911I feel like I can't climb out. My psych today didn't seem too concerned so maybe I am not as bad as I think. I don't know, I am so confused about everything.

I hear you @Snowie. I know this place you are in. Remember I've been there. And not that long ago. Your pysch only sees you for a short time, when perhaps you're not as open and vulnerable as you are here. I've seen you go through this cycle before. I know where you're headed. And I'm gravely concerned that very soon you will lose control of holding on. And that might be catastrophic. You're family will cope with being without you for a short while. They will in time come to understand how gravely unwell you are. I'm very, very concerned about where you are are heading. I'm not wanting to overwhelm you further. But I need you to understand me when I say that I know where this ends. And it's a very dark, scary place. You know that too, right? @Snowie you are so loved by so many here and in rl. This will pass. I promise this will pass.

Now is the time to take care of your needs. You must put yourself first sweetheart. You are the priority right now. Xxxx
