Do you take regular meds or are they just when required?

It's hard when we just don't feel happy and we feel off. We just don't feel like ourselves.

Having been sick is probably not helping too. I find when I'm physically sick that it can affect my mental health too.

Am still waiting for her to clean up after herself however. Might have to give her a little reminder.

Oh yes...the dreaded clean up! I remember coming home from work when h had cooked and there was mess from one end of the kitchen to the other!!! @Snowie

Nothing planned for tonight, just passed another subject at Uni. Next one is biochemistry and that will be interesting haha!

I'm just having veggies tonight pumpkin, carrots, onion, tomato, lettuce and cucumber as I'm trying o fit back into my JAG jeans.

The only real cooking my H does is a bbq @Eve7 Even after that he leaves a mess!

Biochemistry does sound very interesting. I did something similar at uni.

Just having vegies for tea sounds fine. I'm sure it will be tasty too. Fitting back into your jeans sounds like a good goal to work towards.

Made S try on his winter school uniform the other day. Luckily it still fits him from last year so I don't have to fork out money to buy him a new one.

I'm glad you are getting a second opinion if the gp didn't help at all. We must not settle with no help. Someone must be able to do something to help you.
