My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@Snowie happy to hear that the meds are helping you sleep better. Sleep makes a huge difference to MH.

Sleep certainly does help @creative_writer He also gave me some prn's just in case my sleeping meds don't work. It is nice having that backup.

@Snowie a backup is always good. I have a PRN too if I can’t sleep, it’s usually for those agitation bouts, it’s hard to sleep when agitated.

My throat is painful today, so been feeling rather lousy. I also have a burning nose. Maybe I should do a COVID test, it could also be another pesky bug. Pesky bugs are never good for MH. I keep getting sick 😞

I'm glad you have prn too @creative_writer

I have some for during the day too if I need them. I was constantly taking more then I should have before I went in. Haven't had any since I got home. Take that as a positive.

I'm sorry you are unwell hon. It can certainly screw with our mental health. Have you been able to rest today at all?

I’m not even sure why I keep getting sick. My blood test was all good, yet I keep getting infections

I think we need to take anything as a win @creative_writer

It's hard when we keep getting infections. Sometimes it doesn't feel like we are past one and another one attacks our bodies.

Have you been to the gp at all? It's good that your blood tests came back alright, but it doesn't give you any answers which is a shame.

@Snowie I’m not sure what the GP can do though, they can’t find anything wrong, I’ve had unexplainable symptoms that haven’t really been fully diagnosed. I literally give up. Most likely they’ll just blame it on stress and/or give me antibiotics

Thats a shame the gp can't find anything wrong @creative_writer. At least you would be able to get some answers. I find it hard when they just blame it on stress/mental health. Like it is the easy way out.
