Something’s not right

My special place

My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Thank you all for your continued support.

And you have had to deal with all of them @Shaz51, you are a remarkable person.

Re: My special place

@Snowie are you up to much this evening? I have a social thing for Ramadan. I’ll be getting out of the house at least tonight. I’ve been thinking about things I feel guilty about. It’s Ramadan and yet I’ve found my mind going to dark places.

@Shaz51 multiple diagnosis can be tough. I wish Mr Shaz the best 💖

Re: My special place

Not up to much tonight @creative_writer S is going out with friends so will probably just stay up until he is home safely. Most likely will watch the footy or a movie.

Do you celebrate Ramaden? Perhaps getting out tonight will do you good. Something to look forward too.

Re: My special place

@Snowie TV can be a good distraction. My mum also stays up until we come home.

Yes I do. I don’t think my health will allow me to fast this year though 😢. It’ll mostly be dinner and prayers. There is a big focus on spirituality during Ramadan. I was hoping it’ll help me heal myself. I just felt guilty for having SI urges. I know urges are outside of our control, but still

Thanks @Snowie , @creative_writer , @tyme

We have applied for a psychologist, see how we go this time, always being rejected

I normally stay awake for them to get home @creative_writer. Especially D when she is driving herself home from places.

I'm not too familiar with Ramadan, but I am glad you have something you believe in hon. I think it is probably more important if you put your health first.

I can understand the guilt behind the SI urges. I have plenty of things I feel guilty for, including that.

Re: My special place

I hope you get it @Shaz51

Who do you have to apply through for it?

Trying Rural health connect services, @Snowie

Husband always said No to being helped, so hoping this is a step forward

Sees his mental health team next week

Re: My special place

I hope it all gets approved for Mr Shaz @Shaz51

I guess it is a big step forward if he accepts the help. Hopefully in doing so it makes it easier for you too.

Re: My special place

@Shaz51 I hope he is able to get it approved for Mr Shaz and that it provides relief to you both 💖

@Snowie I can still pray but fasting is really hard. Irregular water intake and meals can trigger migraines
