I will probably tell my mum that they are doing med changes. I'm not sure if she will believe me or not but right now I don't really care what she thinks.

I will most likely tell the kids its for a med review and for some ect sessions. They are old enough to know the truth now.

I worry about how hubby will handle it. He seems to have been in mad mood since the pdoc suggested hospital. Not sure if it's that or if it came out of the blue and I didn't communicate with him.

Just trying to get through the day. I have two different types of prn I take. I've ran out of one of them and doubt the chemist will give me anymore yet 😔

It’s hard for our families @Snowie it’s hard for them to see that we are suffering and that there isn’t much that they can do to help us. And it’s frustrating for us knowing how much it impacts on their lives. But you deserve the support and help ok. You are worth it. I’m sure hubby will be fine.

sorry it’s been a rough day too. I get 3 prn pills a week. That’s all my pdoc would agree to give me. So I have to use them carefully!

Sometimes that is just one day for me.

Hubby has most of them so he can figure out if I'm having a bad day or not.

Any plans for this afternoon?

I can only imagine how hard it is to tell them @Snowie. Im scared to explain it to mum. I have to warn her that it’s happening and there may not be a bed and I don’t go anyway.

I'm not really worried about telling my mum @Captain24 I'm more worried about the reaction and what she will say to me. She thinks psych's do nothing to help. She went to a psych for one appt. and decided that they didn't help her so why bother going back.

Last time I was in hospital she said I came out worse than when I went in.

Haven't been doing much this afternoon. Just watching some tv. Have no real desire to do anything.

It’s so hard when your parents just can’t be supportive @Snowie. Just a little love and respect would go a long way. To support decisions and not veto them.

I’ve had 3 hrs sleep in the last 24 hrs and have just mown my front lawn and part of the back. I have to wait for the clippings to settle in the bins to see if I can get more done. So hopefully tomorrow that happens.

Im exhausted, sunburnt and don’t feel real well. Maybe I shouldn’t have done it while it was hot.

I don’t plan on moving of the lounge much for the rest of the day.
