@NatureLover had a few days of rain but still hot so wasn't that bad.

Missing my psych a lot. Has been a long time since I saw her and still awhile until I see her again. The six weeks certainly is going slow.

Glad the rain didn't dampen your holiday too much @Snowie .

I guess you'd feel it more, waiting to see your psych, now that you're back home and not distracted by the holiday?

I think just the whole being home and back to everyday things brings those feelings on board. I don't confined in my other supports like I do my psych, so thinks are bottling up inside. Just hoping I can keep the lid on the bottle. Have been journaling quite a bit so that has been helping to stop it bubbling over for now.

The journalling is good @Snowie . I know my psych has me doing Stream of Consciousness Writing which is like journalling. It's really helping me to see what issues are bothering me and to work through some solutions. I hope your journalling can help let some of your bad thoughts out till you can see your psych in 3 weeks 🤞

Also hope you're not feeling a big letdown after your good holiday...

I'm struggling without the support of my psych.

@Eve7 I will be watching the tennis hon. I like watching really any type of sports, except WWE. I cannot stand that. It is all so fake.

I have been to the Aussie open quite a few times over the years. It is actually really good to watch live. You appreciate just how talented they are and just how fast the ball is really moving.

I could just imagine how good it would be to actually be at tihe open @Snowie A friend’s grandson is a ballboy there so exciting for him. I’ve been to the Brisbane International and also went to the tennis at the OG in Sydney 2000 which was just awesome.

It was good to go to @Eve7. We just used to buy a ground pass and it got us in to most courts. Now it is a lot more expensive.

That would have been a good experience for you. A ballboy would be a great job! To be that close to the tennis would be amazing.
