Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Enjoy your holiday on the river and relax.

We’ve had huge thunderstorms and the lightning was brighter than the fireworks.

Happy New Year to all my forum family. Just a check in again. Things are going well, weather has been hot but lots of swimming and boating happening. Even managed a ski without hurting myself!! Think I just had to prove to myself that I can still do it.

Have been overwhelmed at times but can slip away easily to the quietness of my room, some prn and a read has helped. Set myself a target to read 30 books this year. Am 1 and a 1/2 in.

I hope all that read this is going ok. Sending lots and love especially to those that need it. 💓💓

Hi all

Just letting you know that we are home. Came back a day early. Ready for my own shower and own bed!!

Had a really good time away but also really happy to be home.
