Not much sleep last night @NatureLover

Got out of the house this morning and went up the supermarket. At least I can tick one thing of my list.

Sometimes just doing the day to day chores are hard enough. I try and break it down into little bits so it doesn't seem as much of a challenge.

This made me laugh @Jynx as due to my germophobia I do between 1 - 3 laundry loads a day! And I live alone! 😂 I totally couldn't imagine leaving it for weeks!

I am glad to have provided a chortle for ya! I don't have a washing machine so have to go to the laundromat, and it can end up kind of expensive. Plus the extra steps of getting myself there plays havoc with my ADHD. Our MH hits us all with unique challenges hey!

I do own an extraordinary number of socks and undies by this point though, so leaving it for a few weeks isn't so bad. Sometimes running out of fresh socks is the best motivation to actually cart myself off to the laundromat lol.

@Jynx I can empathise not having a washing machine (from past experience) and having to make a big effort to go to the laundromat. I can't imagine how it must be to be complicated by your ADHD. That explains it!

I have always admired how despite your depression you keep doing chores. I guess that having a family needing you must motivate you.

Not much sleep again last night but lots to do today. Have to disinfect my whole room, so all bedding, towels and lots of cleaning. Will mean a lot of washing today. Least it will keep me busy.

Just having some quiet time, son at school and rest of the house, including the dog, is still asleep.

Have you got any plans for today? I hope today is a good one for you 💗

Hubby has got covid @Bow Trying not to pass it on to anyone else.

Disinfected the whole house yesterday and doing all our bedding, bedroom and bathroom today.

At this stage no one else has caught it.

Oh that sucks @Snowie !! Is he very unwell? Do you have space for him to quarantine from everyone else?
