My intake hasn't been good. I am still limiting myself quite a bit. I have spoken to my psych about it but she seems to think other matters are more pressing.

I wondered if that was the case, when you mentioned blood tests @Snowie . Well done for at least bringing it up with your psych. Am concerned for you about it 😢 💙

@NatureLover my pdoc know about it too, hence the blood tests.

Already been to the supermarket. Now just at home having a coffee.

Looking at joining a gym. Going to check it out tomorrow morning. Need to get myself out of the house and get my body back into bathers!
