Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

My day has been okish @Snowie

Went and did the groceries this morning and then my support worker came to visit. I then did some painting. I am really struggling mentally with not being able to exercise and I have to go get my bloods done in the morning. I had them checked the end of last week and they hadn’t changed since getting out of hospital on Tuesday despite taking supplements. So am a little anxious about getting them done tomorrow… my support worker is coming with me though.

how is your day going? Did have a quick read back…but there was a lot of noise and I couldn’t take much in 😩 rough one? 💕
