My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

If you tell your psych, than I am sure he will be concerned too

Had psychologist today. Always only seem to get through one tenth of what I need to. Will have to practice patience and wait till next week now.

Todays session was hard, everything is hard today. After yesterday being a really good day it seems like reality has caught up with me. I really hate my brain sometimes

Hugs @Snowie. I find it difficult sometimes to be able to get through most of what I want to with my pscyhologist. And I really don't like my brain sometimes also.
