My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Had a good night. Meds helped alot last night so got a good sleep.

Still feeling flat and anxiety is still there, but not as bad as yesterday, so am thankful for that. Beautiful sunshine here so might go for a walk with the dog later.

I'm OK @Snowie. I've been have a couple of what feels like dissociation periods the last few days. And my brain feels really foggy and I'm incredibly forgetful. I've missed a few doses of my ad, so I have heard this can happen. Bit worrying.

I have my pdoc and pyschologist later today. I don't really want to go. Don't want them to know that I've slipped backwards by quite a bit.

@Sans911dissociation periods are hard hun. Can the chemist package up your meds so for morning, night, etc.

I know podc and psych will be hard but perhaps it is best to go esp. if you feel like you have slipped back. I know it is hard telling them, but please remember that this is NOT you. It is the mental illness which doesn't reflect on what a kind, caring compassionate person you are.

I had an app on my old phone which when I transferred to the new one I lost all the data. So I haven't got around to setting it up again. It shouldn't be hard to remember my meds. I'm only on one in the morning and three at night.

I have to go today to my appointments otherwise my pyschologist will get concerned. I'm a bit dissapointed that no one else is concerned over my relapse, or have thought to ask about my risk of safety to my self. No one seems unduly concerned.
