My special place

My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Thank you all for your continued support.

Re: My special place

@GezzaP, I’m sorry you had to see the post, I feel kind of embarrassed now, kind of got carried away, my brain stops working when emotions run high and I have done impulsive and reckless things before. I am actually a very cautious person when in a calm mood state.

Cognitive behavioural therapy is worth a try, my psychologist provided me with some worksheets for bipolar, I think the idea is to recognise early signs and possible triggers. Sometimes bipolar does appear random and a clear trigger can’t be found, but it’s always good to start managing it at onset of an episode. I hope you take care of yourself, depression is very hard and exhausting 🫂💖

@tyme, I hope you are doing well.

Feeling a sense of frustration that my depressive symptoms returned. I was doing well for three weeks, I know my brain is capable of being stable, and yet, I have been in a dark place since yesterday, and I can’t even identify the trigger, it just happened, life feels so out of control. I don’t want to have to live with this unpredictable mood disorder

Re: My special place

Awww no @Shaz51 . I'm so sorry to hear that happened. That's the last thing you need. I hope Mr Shaz is ok. Did he end up getting a new phone?

@creative_writer I'm hearing you. I wish you could take away the hurt and the pain. It sounds so hard at the moment, and I know you have been fighting for a long time. Ride out this wave. I'm with you.

Hugs @outlander - I know you are trying. Sounds like it's not the easiest right now.

Hugs to all of you. It sounds like you all need it.
