Something’s not right

My special place

My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Thank you all for your continued support.

Re: My special place

@outlander, I feel like I’m tipping into the realm of depression. Au revoir to my stable self for now. I am developing a worse migraine too, it’s not that I have been pain free lately, it just feels more intense. I sure hope taking meds and going to sleep early will prevent me from going back into the cycle since I know from experience it’s easier to break the cycle at onset. It’s devastating when I’ve had three weeks of peace, mood disorders are unpredictable and episodic by nature

thats tough @creative_writer
migraines are the worst. you might be better off speaking to your go about your migraines. im on 2 preventers that help my migraines and i havent had any since the really bad cluster headaches i had about a month ago. im hoping it continues to prevent them now. it might be worth exploring other options for yours or finding the cause of them

Re: My special place

@outlander, I assumed the milder migraines was happening due to having the flu. Now I think my emotions aren’t help, or maybe my migraine isn’t helping my emotions, or most likely both. Both disturbances and migraines often have common triggers. I have no idea why I’m in more pain now or feel miserable

@creative_writer Migraines are horrible. I’ve had some severe headaches and they are bad enough. Yes take as many steps as you can to keep depression away. Yes it is all episodic. Battle with it and try to stay strong.

@outlander and @GezzaP, I guess all hope is not lost. I should continue to take care of myself, take meds and rest up. Flu by itself isn’t really the best for your psyche. Tomorrow will come when it comes
