We can sit together. Maybe a warm cuppa. Although I did just crawl into bed. So tired. I’m so drained. have helped mum make so many calls today and do other bits and pieces. And it’s cold.

No doubt you are tired @Bow It certainly has been a draining day for you. Those calls are not easy to make. I really hope that you can get some sleep tonight.

A cuppa would be great. Just struggling with life and my lack of wanting it.

Yeah it’s hard eh.

im having another cry. I let a few tears out, but then stop myself and pull myself together cause I don’t wanna lose control.

If crying helps release some things than go for it @Bow but I can understand not wanting to loose control. It is a hard balance at times. Bed seems like a good option. You must be mentally exhausted.
