My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@Snowie if you can go to sleep and be safe, then we will sit with you, and it is in our hearts to do that because we care so much about you ...... but if you are not safe, then H and kids will come to know that anyway ...... and they will much prefer whatever actions need to be taken to keep you safe than anything else .......

Your mind will try to tell you things that take away their choices as well as compromise your safety ...... if you are in a place where you are not caring about consequences Hon, then you need to take action over yourself now .......

Please listen to us and keep yourself safe.

You are not upsetting me at all sister @Snowie. I am calm, relaxed. Nothing you say could upset me. Right now my only concern and focus is you.

So you haven't SH. I am very proud of you hun. Very proud.

We are all here for you. Other member have their supports too. Everything is fair and just. I wouldn't be here if I didn't want to @Snowie, and I am sure the others feel exactly the same.

I know your mind is playing cruel games, and I am glad you realise that.I am sorry that you detest you.

I will say again though, you are the most important person right now, you need to put yourself first, so if that means taking a trip to hospital, then make that call.

Or think about it like this- your best friend that you have known since kindegarden rings you to tell you she can't take it anymore, it's too much, she feels like a burden to her husband, children and her friends. You go to her straight away. She is curled up on the coach, crying, moaning. What would you say? What would you do?

I know you are in pain hun; sorry if I have come on too strong. You know as much as I do it's hard from our perspective to sit back feeling helpless. I just care so much for you as do so many others.
