what do you think....vibration machine

what do you think....vibration machine

Hi It's PeppiPatty here,

I have lived experience with my darling partner and it's difficult...day by day to get on with life and staying secure al day. I've been concerned with my health for a few months now and have been thinking about getting a vibration machine for little perk ups during the day......

Has anyone any experience with them?? ARe they worth it??

I’ve heard about those exercise machines. I read an article recently that whole-body vibration can offer some fitness and health benefits, but it's not clear if it's as good for you as regular exercise. It's not known if whole-body vibration provides the same range of health benefits as exercise you actively engage in, such as walking, biking or swimming. Hope that helps.

I'm finding things very difficult.
I'm full time carer with husband who I love very much
Arlo my dog is ill with bad eyes ..... I take him to the beach everyday to swim little and wash his eyes out.
If my husband comes can't go for too long
I write letters for a group of people in bad public housing situation
I do craftwork all the time
But I'm always very tired and because of meds

I'm thinking of things to stop my tiredness short term

Have you thought about borrowing a yoga, pilates, or Tai Chi video from your library and giving that a whirl? Even 'easy' poses can be worth trying - like the happy baby pose.

I have used a Chi Machine, they are the ones when you put your ankles on it and it wobbles you. Sounds weird but I really enjoyed it.

Haven't tried a vibration machine.

If you get one you can fill us in on what it's like!! If you think it's something that would help you go for it 🙂 shake It up I say!! Lol 😎

Not sure @PeppiPatty

I did have a masseur who had me lie in a vibrating capsule ... he did it for an hour before a session ... so my concrete muscles would be easier to manipulate ... designed for jockeys to get weight off ...

Lycine is very good as a tablet for arlos eyes but if its conjunctivitis you might need an antibiotic creme

Yes I haven't been doing much, and yet I know if I got back into it regularly I'd feel better but I just have no energy or motivation
