i am so hopeless and useless in everything. i cant communicate, i cant explain or describe why its all too hard. i make it harder for everyone even people who can connect with and help other people, i cant and just make it harder for everyone. im so tired

Life is so hard sometimes it leaves us feeling we can't when we can - just within our own personal limits. It can seem all too much when overwhelmed and the thoughts that go round and round are so tiring. Sitting with you.
Our best is all we can do and is enough. The rest will have to take care of itself. Moment by moment.......sending a virtual hug ❤️

LJ @Former-Member, you have supported me endless times about on the forums, you have a lot to offer these forums and the world beyond them and are definitely worth your weight in gold (and then some). Tired hopeless feelings can make already clouded thoughts tenfold worse. I hope you can manage some rest and recuperation sometime soon, to re-energize yourself and brush away those negative feelings.
