Daily goals, motivation and check in

I'm starting this discussion as a place where we can set our goals daily, help motivate each other to do them and then check in with how we went. It's a place to celebrate when we achieve them or just sit with each other if we didnt and are feeling down about it. Hopefully with encouragement and support from each other we'll tick lots of boxes for our daily goals and feel good about it. Please join in. 😊

Going to do my weekly Aviary clean & Re-stock (seed & water) @frog @Shaz51

As soon as I feel up to it.

Feeling wasted & very seedy, this morning.

Allergies are playing up big-time - blow nose, blow nose....

Swept house yesterday - now it looks dirty again already....

Hi @frog @Adge @Shaz51 .... anyone else around.

I ended up going for a bit of a drive after meeting a church friend from the west for coffee. We used to live here when I was a toddler, so I called my Dad as I drove down a stretch of beaches near where we used to live and chatted with him. We had a recent loss in the family, which he was supposed to tell me about, but I already knew ..... so having a meander down memory lane with him was good for both of us I think.

There was more stuff going on with the kids this morning, so I have been a listening ear and a sounding board.

Drive, Catchup chatt, & memory Lane sounds good @Faith-and-Hope

I just got my Aviaries done.

All stocked up with Seed, Clean water - & a bit of rushed Spring Cleaning.

It's overcast, & sprinkling rain a bit.

Prediction is for heavy rain & strong winds of 70km per hour - Starting this afternoon.

The Strong Winds I have no doubt will come (we had that yesterday).

The Heavy Rain, well we shall wait & see.....

Predictions of rain here, for the "No Rain Season" often do not come.

My Dad had heavy rains for the whole night last night @Adge, and your weather comes from his direction, so it sounds right that the rain is headed your way, and to those fires !!
